Must be professional, energetic, orderly / methodical and have a pleasant telephone manner. Good basic computer skills essential. Full training is provided.

Agency Staff Holiday Pay Entitlement
POLICYAceNursing Agency employees are entitled to a maximum of 25 days of paid Annual Leave per year (includes Public Holidays), calculated pro-rata, based on Full Time Employment.
PROCEDUREAceNursing has established set periods (quarterly) to calculate, as accurately as possible, the amount of statutory holiday entitlement an agency worker has accrued during the set period. No Annual Leave may be carried forward into the next Quarter.
To claim your Holiday entitlement you must submit a Holiday request form to Finance Department no less than 1 week prior to your proposed Annual Leave.- 1. 1st Quarter Claims (July) - must be requested prior to and utilised during the month of July – no Annual Leave may be carried forward into the next Quarter.
- 2. 2nd Quarter Claims (October) - must be requested prior to and utilised during the month of October – no Annual Leave may be carried forward into the next Quarter.
- 3. 3rd Quarter Claims (December) - must be requested prior to and utilised during the month of December – no Annual Leave may be carried forward into the next Quarter.
- 4. 4th Quarter Claims (March) - must be requested prior to and utilised during the month of March – no Annual Leave may be carried forward into the next Financial Year.
