We are dedicated to providing you with suitably experienced Registered Nurses / Specialist Nurses, and Care Assistants day and night, with the greatest of ease.
Telephones are staffed 24 hours by our highly trained Staff Coordinators who will very speedily match your requirements - making us literally just one phone call away. A Registered Nurse and a member of Senior Management can also be contacted at any time (consultation available via coordinators)We pride ourselves in also being available to our clients and colleagues for consultation and advice.

Management
AceNursing services are Managed by a highly knowledgeable, skilled and experienced team of Registered Nurse Managers.- We welcome input from and liaise with relevant external agencies.
- All relevant legislation and guidelines are adhered to.
- An Ace Management advisor is available 24 hrs.
Care & Support - Around the Clock

- 24 hour High Level Support - provided by highly trained and competent care/support staff (male or female)
- An identified Key worker dedicated to each individual client.
- Individualised Care/Support Planning (Initial goal setting is agreed with client, family or advocates)

- Assistance with Personal grooming, Hair Washing, Bathing & dressing
- Continence & Catheter Care
- Medication Administration
- Meal Preparation - Breakfast, Lunch, Tea

- Transportation Assistance available via Company Car and/or Public Transport
- Personal shopper / Personal Assistant
- Domestic Assistance / Light Housework / Ironing
- Shopping & pension collection and/or assistance
- Social Integration / Supported Social Outings
- Specialist and Intensive Care
- Hospital Discharge
- Carer Respite Breaks
Please Note :
We apply a Minimum Service/Shift duration charge of 6 hrs for all Home Support Services, per visit.
We are unable to accommodate short duration visits.
